We offer a variety of programs to help achieve your goal. These programs include Fat Loss, Lean Muscle, Increase Strength and Aerobic Output. These sessions will take place at our training facility and run for 12 weeks. With each program, you will receive a 1 to 1 PT session a week along with a full program that will be issued to you to supplement your training and nutrition. You will also receive WhatsApp support throughout the whole 12 weeks. The cost of this program is £500!
We also offer these programs for a group of 2 so if you know someone that shares the same goal as you, this is an option you have available. It is an additional £150 for a group of two.
The number of weekly 1 to 1 sessions in these programs can also be tailored to meet your requirements. Please get in touch with us to discuss further.
As well as the above 12 week programs, we also offer 1 to 1 and group bookings (up to 8 people) on a pay as you go basis. These are charged at a flat rate of £40 and £50 respectively per hour and do not include a program. These are perfect for individuals who (a) already have a routine in place but need that extra push when it comes to aerobic output, and (b) need support with correcting certain exercise movements. Block bookings are also available for these type of sessions.
