Gains Room Central is a sports performance centre located in the heart of Rotherham and was founded by Mujjy Ahmed.
We offer a range of different training packages at our facility as we understand not everyone shares the same goal. All packages start at 12 weeks and prices start at £550. Our packages include 1 session a week at the performance centre, a workout program, a nutrition program and full support throughout the duration of the program.

Mujjy has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry and having competed to a good level in his mixed martial arts journey, where he won an Amateur British Title, he decided it was time for him to share his knowledge and expertise that he’s gained over the years to help others achieve their fitness goals.
Over the last 10 years, his weight has fluctuated, all whilst maintaining a body fat less than 12%. Having to move between weight categories for competitions has allowed him to understand the science behind weight loss and muscle building and it is this knowledge he will use to help you reach your goal!
